Writing has become a complicated business. The choices that confront the
writer are too numerous to
mention. The choice
of alphabet is
exceeded increasingly by the
choice
of
font.
Font is a source, a fountain, an inception, a
beginning, a provenance, a design, a typeface, for printing. The symbols and signs used for the naming of
things, and the manner in which they are named, reveal and define the fount of
identity. Indeed it is claimed in some forensic circles that handwriting is as
singular as a fingerprint. So there are as many fonts as there are identities.
So where do I go from here?
